Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer an UNCONDITIONAL 90 day money back guarantee on ALL Locator 911 products. If a request for refund is made within the 90 day period, the total amount will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase. The refund would be processed immediately and takes 5-10 days to post to the customer’s account as stated by Stripe.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@thelocator911.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@thelocator911.com and send your item to: {physical address}. If you experience a problem with your product after the 90 day refund period and our help desk is unable to resolve the issue, we will gladly replace your item at no charge to you. This replacement policy stays in effect for 1 year after the purchase date.
